Today...our little guy turns 4 years old...
We can hardly believe that Renoir has been in our lives this long. Our "illegitimate child" as we sometimes refer to him...he came into our lives in May...and we got married in October. An engagement present form my sister...
and the best present I ever received...
So today...we celebrate...four years with Renoir...and pray for many, many, many, many more in the future.
And how will we celebrate?
Well...
He has enjoyed sleeping in all morning...and err...afternoon...
Renoir get out of bed...it's time to party!
He'll probably enjoy some "window time" later on...
And has a special dinner tonight and special present {that we actually let him open last night...hey...he doesn't know the difference, right?}...a new cheetah puppet...Renoir loves wrestling with a good puppet...like his favorite bird shown below...

Oooh Renoir! How could I not have known today is your birthday??? I love you so much little doggie, and I will send you a very special present, sorry it will be a little late getting there... you look so adorable in your photos... I've just recently discovered your blog...so it's nice to meet you. :0)
I couldn't pass up this post about how Renoir came into your life. My husband and I have been married just shy of 4 years (April 18)..anyhow, in the February before we were married we found our Miss Morgan, the yorkie. She was 3 years old at the time and really needed a loving home.
So the rest is history..she is now a pampered little Queen. :0) And we call her "Our Love Child" :0) LOL

Awww.. Happy Birthday Mr. Renoir. I always tell our kids that I should get gifts on their birthdays. I was the one that had to birth them, afterall. =)
